Chris is a Senior Vice President and a member of the national hospitality services group at Lee & Associates, where he handles hotel investment sales and provides debt and equity solutions for acquisitions and ground-up development.

He also leads our ground-up and renovation construction team for branded hospitality properties — a complete turn-key solution for hotel owners spanning design, architecture, procurement, construction and direct manufacturing of FF&E from our factory in Asia.

Chris has worked in commercial real estate since graduating from business school at the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1996, and has been involved in the acquisition, disposition and financing of over $3 billion in total consideration of hospitality and alternative investments.

Michael Walker has spent more than 20 years in the construction industry. He began as a planner, advanced quickly to superintendent, and went on to serve as a construction manager and department manager.

He then launched his own company, LaneWalker Construction — founded in 2005 to provide general contracting, construction management and design/build services — and later established LaneWalker Holdings to support a growing portfolio of businesses and projects.

Today Michael and MW Project Services LLC are known for meeting the demands of the construction industry while keeping a vigilant focus on cost management, efficiency and their customers’ overall profitability.

With over two decades as a software engineer, John leads the technology behind Lee Hospitality’s procurement and construction platform. He built the firm’s CRM from the ground up — an AI-native system that handles everything from FF&E sourcing and vendor quoting to construction project management, financial integration and document analysis.

He designs systems where artificial intelligence reads spec books and vendor quotes, drafts and matches RFQs, and surfaces recommendations — while always keeping a human in control of every decision that matters. Technology that does the heavy lifting without ever taking the judgment out of skilled hands.
